Hear about the St. Joseph Villa experience from our customers Donna Baddley and Lupe Santana.
“I just wanted to take the time to express my thanks and appreciation for all that your staff did to make my aunt’s stay at St. Joseph’s a positive experience.
“The nurses were fabulous. I never worried about my aunt when I would leave. I visited often and at different times, so I came in contact frequently with many staff members who cared for her. The aides were good as well.
“Other staff members were also helpful and pleasant—the admissions coordinator who found the perfect room for my aunt; the receptionists who make you feel so welcome; the driver who was so kind and considerate when he took my aunt to appointments.
“I so appreciated everyone and I know my aunt was grateful to have the care she received. From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience at St. Joseph Villa.”
Thank you,
Donna Baddley
"Through the last ten years I have had several family members and friends receive care at St. Joseph Villa. I cannot express deeply enough how at ease I was to know they were in your facility. I visited at many different times unannounced and was always pleased with the condition of the facility, the professionalism of the staff and the prompt care that was given to my loved ones.
"I had so many insurance questions and concerns when I was selecting a facility to care for my mother-in-law. The admissions coordinator was instrumental in helping me research all of the rules and regulations for her stay. We were able to put her in St. Joseph’s due to the knowledge and expertise of your employees as well as have peace of mind concerning her care.
"My family friend was there to live out the remainder of her life after being diagnosed with cancer. I would visit her and could see that even though she was no longer in her home, she was able to keep her dignity and pride. Her room had the things she loved and needed and I was even able to bring my dogs in to visit her. I was there when they decided it was time for hospice to come in. Even though it was a difficult time and decision to make, the kindness extended by the employees at the Villa, was much appreciated. I was there the day she passed away and witnessed the closeness and connection that had been made during her stay. I remember not only nurses coming in to see her as the day approached but many other people from the Villa staff.
"When a family faces the difficult decision of placing a loved anywhere outside of their care, it is a blessing to know that St. Joseph Villa is available. I was raised with the belief that "you take care of your loved one until the end." It is never truly the decision one ever wants to make, but when the time comes and you can no longer provide the care needed, the skills and dedication of your staff at St. Joseph Villa truly made the decision easier."
Most Sincerely,
Lupe Santana
